Samurai Oda Nobunaga
Samurai Oda Nobunaga by Utagawa Kuniyoshi (1797 - 1861), master of ukiyo-e style of Japanese woodblock prints. Samurai Oda Nobunaga in a moment of focused rage, tearing down a tent curtain decorated with the crest of his treacerous vassal Akechi Mitsuhide. He wears the samurai's traditional dual swords, one longer and one shorter, and carries a quiver of arrows on his back. The tiger fur covering his long scabbard confirm Nobunaga's high status as a warlord.
